Implemented Individually
Brief
Students need to develop a story based on the vision of a non-profit organization of choice. They should start with Research, Define, and Ideation.
The non-profit organization of my choice is BC Wildlife Federation.
My idea was to build the story around the problem of the 21st century. Developing towards consumerism can destroy our environment.
Process
1. I decided to concentrate on 2 target audiences, such as environmental students and business personas who connect their business with the factories or manufactories.
2. I used data in my research from the BC Wildlife Federation website.
3. I used images in my sketch to prosper an understanding of a text; also, I used arrows to navigate viewers through the sketch.
Decisions
I believe that my map would be beneficial for the audience because of a few important reasons:
1. Environmental students can learn more about how pollution can affect each of the Earth’s spheres (In my project, the main focus was on the Stratosphere & Troposphere).
2. Business people need to know that each of their actions has a negative output on the planet, destroying the ecosystem.
Takeaways
This project was a great way to experience gathering relevant information on the internet and transferring it visually on paper. It facilitated me in collecting data and presenting it to all my future group assignments.
